Please note that the shipping timelines listed below are only estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or any other delays caused by carriers.

Rapheal Francis, LLC., is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. In order to get a more accurate timeline of your product, please track your shipment (you will receive an email with tracking information) or contact the carrier company directly. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over its delivery time or handling.

The shipping fees are non-refundable and will be displayed during checkout.

In the event your package is returned to us by the carrier company based on a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect address submitted by the customer, we will provide a refund, minus the costs of shipping both ways.

If you wish to change your shipping address after your package has been shipped, you will be charged an additional fee.
